Do we have to close or block the entrance?
No. Holiday Reset and program visits run early in the morning before you open, or after close if you prefer. Our technicians work around your foot traffic and only cone off the area being washed at that moment.
What does the Holiday Reset cost?
It's priced per location after a free site assessment, because frontage, glass, patio and bin areas vary a lot between properties. Multi-location and head-office pricing is available for chains and franchise groups. There is no obligation after the assessment.
What exactly is in the Holiday Reset?
A front-side hot-water building wash and sanitization; front entrance concrete hot-washed and degreased; parking lot and drive lanes; the business sign and sign area; gum, grease, graffiti and stain removal; all windows cleaned in and out; patio glass, railings, panels and the patio concrete floor; garbage bins and cans hot-washed and sanitized inside and out with the surrounding area; and our pest and rodent prevention protocol around waste and food-handling exteriors.
Can you coordinate with our waste hauler?
Yes. The bin has to be pulled for the pad underneath to be cleaned properly, so we arrange that directly with your hauler — GFL or whoever you use — and schedule the clean around it. You don't have to be in the middle.
We're a franchise. Who signs off, and who gets the paperwork?
Whoever you name as the site contact — usually the store or restaurant manager — walks the property with our technician and signs off on site. The signed Digital Proof Certificate and the before-and-after photo report go to you and to anyone you choose at head office, and a copy is filed in your Cleaning Vault.
What is the Cleaning Vault?
Your organized record of every visit: before-and-after photos labelled by area, the before-and-after report, the signed Digital Proof Certificate and the approved walkthrough, filed by location and date. You get your own copy for head office, audits, inspections and health-and-safety files.
Is this pest control?
No — it's prevention. Pests follow grease, food residue and standing waste water, so we remove and sanitize what attracts them and document it. Treatment stays with your licensed pest-control provider.
Can you prove you're insured?
Yes. Always Clean carries $5 million in liability insurance and is covered by WorkSafeBC; proof of both is available on request for your records.
How many locations can you handle?
Our retail store programs run at more than 130 grocery store locations across British Columbia on one scheduled program, so a chain or franchise group with locations across the province is normal for us. One point of contact, one standard, one dashboard.
