Terms & conditions

These terms cover the use of this website and the exterior cleaning and property maintenance services provided by Always Clean Maintenance Inc. ("Always Clean", "we"), 21417 16 Avenue, Langley, BC. By requesting a quote or site assessment, or by accepting a quote, you agree to them.

Quotes and site assessments

Quotes and site assessments are free and carry no obligation. A quote describes the services, areas and visit schedule it covers; anything not listed is not included. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless the quote says otherwise, and may be revised if the property or scope turns out to differ from what we were shown.

Scheduling and access

We confirm each visit in advance (services, arrival window and any problem areas). You agree to provide safe access to the areas being cleaned, including water and power where the quote relies on them, and to arrange or allow us to arrange any bin pull with your waste hauler. If access is not available on the confirmed date, we will record what could not be done and book a return visit; a trip charge may apply when we were not told in advance.

Weather and safety

Exterior work depends on the weather. We may reschedule for safety (ice, high wind, lightning, extreme temperatures) and will tell you as early as we can. Our technicians follow WorkSafeBC requirements, including fall protection for work at heights, and may decline work that cannot be done safely.

How we document the work

Each service area is photographed before and after the work. At the end of the visit a walkthrough is offered to your site contact and the visit is signed off on a Digital Proof Certificate. The certificate and photos are provided to you and kept in our records. Photos may be used for our own quality review; we do not publish photos of your property in marketing without your permission.

Our guarantee

If anything on the certificate does not pass your walkthrough, tell us and we will return to make it right at no charge. Please let us know within 7 days of the visit so the condition can be fairly assessed.

Limits

Exterior surfaces age: pressure washing and window cleaning can reveal existing damage (failed seals, loose paint, cracked glass or stucco, worn sealant) and remove loose material. We take care to match methods to each surface and will flag anything fragile at the site assessment, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for conditions that were not disclosed. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the service in question. Always Clean carries $5 million in commercial general liability insurance; proof of insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage is available on request.

Payment

Invoices are payable on the terms stated on the quote or invoice. Recurring programs may be paused or ended by either side with written notice before the next scheduled visit.
