Built for the people who answer for how the store looks

Shoppers judge the store from the parking lot.
We built this for the people who get judged with it.

Whether you run one store, hold the standard across a region, or manage the plaza they sit in — the problem is the same: the outside of the store is nobody’s job until someone important notices it.

Store managers

You’re judged on how the store looks from the lot, and you don’t have a crew for the outside. You need it done before opening, the same way every time, without a phone call to chase it.

“I’ve got a district visit Thursday. The entrance needs to look new.”

District & regional managers

You hold the standard across 5, 15 or 40 stores and can’t be at any of them when the crew is. You need one standard, one point of contact, and proof you can scan in thirty seconds.

“Show me every store got done — and show me the one that didn’t.”

Plaza & shopping-centre property managers

Tenants complain about gum, bins and dull glass before they complain about anything else. Common-area cleanliness is in the lease and in your reputation with the owner.

“I need the sidewalks and the enclosure handled — and in writing for the owner.”

Customer service is the product

How a visit actually runs

Organization is what makes a cleaning partner easy to keep. Here’s the sequence, every time, at every store.

  1. 1

    Pre-visit touch-base

We text or call your store manager the day before: confirm the services, the arrival window, and any problem areas.

  2. 2

    Hauler coordinated

We arrange the bin pull with your hauler so the pad gets done and the bins go back — no calls from your side.

  3. 3

    Early-morning crew

On site before you open, working around deliveries and early shoppers. Gone before the doors unlock.

  4. 4

    Walkthrough & sign-off

The crew walks the checklist with your manager and the visit is signed off on site. Issues fixed on the spot.

  5. 5

    Certificate issued

Before-and-after photos compiled, the Digital Proof Certificate signed and logged in your Cleaning Vault.

  6. 6

    Feedback & report

Manager feedback captured, your dashboard updated, the next visit scheduled. Repeat.

You show up in the morning and your business is dialed in. We win. We out. Always Clean.

Our guarantee

If it doesn’t pass your walkthrough, we come back and make it right. No charge.

Every item on the certificate is something your manager can see and sign off on. If anything isn’t right — a streaked pane, gum still at the door, a corral that came back dirty — tell us and the same crew returns to fix it.

Questions store and district managers ask

Frequently asked

When do crews arrive, and will they be in the way?

Before your doors open — an early-morning start, finished before the first customer parks. You confirm the exact window on the pre-visit touch-base, and crews work around deliveries and early shoppers. After-close visits are available too.

We’re in a plaza or mall — can you work there?

Yes. We follow the property’s rules for hours, water and access, and when common areas are involved we coordinate with the property manager directly. Plaza and shopping-centre property managers can also book us for the common areas themselves.

Do you clean the inside of the glass too?

Yes — storefront glass is done inside and out, including doors, frames, sills and the vestibule. We work around displays and merchandising and confirm anything delicate at the site assessment.

Can you do the carts and corrals?

Yes. Corral pads are hot-washed and carts and baskets are washed and sanitized — it’s the same work our crews do on retail store programs across the province. If your store doesn’t have carts, that line simply isn’t in your scope.

What proof do we get that the work was done?

Before-and-after photos of every area, a Digital Proof Certificate signed off on site by your store manager and our crew, and a copy of both filed in your Cleaning Vault — organized by store and date, ready to forward to a district manager, a landlord or head office.

Can you handle all of our stores, not just one?

Yes. Our retail store programs already run at more than 130 grocery store locations across British Columbia on one scheduled program, with crews in every region of the province. One point of contact, one standard, one dashboard.

Will graffiti removal damage the wall or the glass?

Methods are matched to the surface — glass, masonry, painted metal and signage each get a different approach. Most tags come off cleanly; where a painted surface will need a touch-up afterwards, we tell you before we start rather than after.

Is Always Clean insured and covered by WorkSafeBC?

Yes — $5 million in liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage. Proof of both is available on request for your records or your landlord before the first visit.

What does the Storefront Reset cost?

It’s priced per store after a free site assessment, because frontage, glass, lot and corral areas vary a lot between locations. Multi-store, head-office and plaza pricing is available. No obligation after the assessment.

What’s the guarantee, exactly?

If anything on the certificate doesn’t pass your walkthrough, tell us and the same crew comes back to make it right at no charge.
